Du ziehst in eine 6er WG (+ Kater) in ein Haus, das gebaut wurde für 7, wir haben uns aber im Lockdown- Herbst und zum Auszug einer Mitbewohni gedacht, das wir gerne ein Wohnzimmer hätten, sowie direkten Zugang zum Garten.
Die Bahn ist genau 1km entfernt, genauso ein Rewe und ein Lidl- ein Fahrrad lohnt sich! Mit dem Rad bist du in 30 min überall in Köln, wo du so hin willst, mit der Bahn in 10 min am Barbarossaplatz, in 18min am Neumarkt (usw.)
Also: mit dir 6 Personen, Wohnzimmer, Garten, Fahrrad ist super. Bis hier hätten wir’s. Wer sind deine Zukunfts- Mitbewohnis denn so? Einmal von Erdgeschoss bis zweiter Stock:
