Schön ist, das die Wohnung sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen ist, man erreicht den Hauptbahnhof mit dem Bus (Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür) innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Eine U-Bahnstation ist ebenso in der Nähe gelegen und man ist innerhalb von ca.7 Minuten mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden, direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Edeka und Bäcker, und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt kann man im Lidl, Penny oder auch Sky Markt einkaufen.
