Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Kneipen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum S-Bahnhof Feuerbachstraße sind
es zwei Stationen mit dem Bus oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort ist man in 20 Minuten in Berlin-Mitte.
