OUR PROFILE We (Marcela & Daniel) manage properties, in which we design spaces exclusively for students, professionals, interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful shared apartment, in Bonn, specially made for you. ABOUT THE APARTMENT The property is located in Südstadt district, in an old house renovated, on the fourth floor (without elevator) with a total surface area of 120 sqm and has 4 rooms, one large bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, and bike storage. Fully equipped for 4 persons. Südstadt, 53113- ROOM 1 We offer you a double room N°1 (please see the plan), for one person. ROOM 1 The room has 15 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, and central heating. OTHERS On the price all services and taxes are included. We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months. A virtual tour/photos 360 degrees, is also possible GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to all common areas of the house. GUEST INTERACTIONS The property will be to share with other people. We don't live on the property, but we can help you if you need anything. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW Price 650€ all-inclusive We ask 750€ of bond refundable at the end of the stay. No smoking on the property. We are dedicated to providing accommodation for students and young professionals who want to spend a season in a beautiful city of Bonn Germany, in a shared apartment designed and decorated especially for you. We manage the property and everything you need, but we do not live there. Don't hesitate to contact us! OVERVIEW This beautiful neighborhood, Südstadt is situated south of the center, the district is bordered by the Regina-Pacis-Weg, Poppelsdorfer Allee, Weberstraße and the Rhine. Together with Bonn's Weststadt, the Südstadt is often described as the largest contiguous and preserved Wilhelminian style quarter in Germany. LOCATION AND NEIGHBORHOOD It is located close to the center of Bonn, at: 150 m from public transport 200 m from the supermarket 200 m from the city center of Bonn, 1 km from the University of Bonn. 800 m from the Central Station The property has a small storage room for your bike if you need it. OTHERS For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly: The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month. The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.
