Lage:
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt an der U6 Haltestelle Schwarzkopffstraße. Dementsprechend sind es auch nur zwei Stationen bis zur Ringbahn (S+U Wedding). Supermarkt und Drogerie sind keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch der Volkspark Humboldhain ist sehr gut fußläufig Erreichbar. am Nordbahnhof in Mitte und ist außerdem im Gartenhaus, das heißt man hört weder Autos noch anderen Verkehr. Die wände sind, weil es ein Neubau ist dick und man hört generell fast nie etwas von den Nachbarn. Außerdem guckt man aus den Fenstern und von den Balkonen echt schön ins Grüne und kann das sehr ungestört tun. In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Bäder, das größere mit Badewanne, Dusche und BD und das kleinere mit Waschmaschine/Trockner. Das größte Zimmer ist die Wohnküche mit unseren gefühlt 1000 Sitzmöglichkeiten und Leseecken. Daran grenzt außerdem der größere unserer beiden Balkons an. Auch drinnen versuchen wir es grün zu halten und einen kleinen urban Dschungel zu kultivieren.
