Zimmer ist das Arbeitszimmer von mir, Sabine, welches ich im Homeoffice nutze. Die große Küche, mit allem was man benötigt, befindet sich im Untergeschoss. Dort sind auch mein Schlaf- und mein Wohnzimmer. Mir gehört das Haus. Im gesamten Haus ist Fußbodenheizung. Es gibt eine Wohnraumlüftung, WLAN, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
Lage:
Wir haben hier eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Es sind nur ca. 100m (4 Minuten) bis zum Bus, der fährt bis zur U-Bahn Station Peiner Straße in 3 Minuten (2 Stationen). Wenn mal z.B. in der Nacht der nächste Bus auf sich warten lässt, sind es nur 1,4 km zu Fuß (15 Minuten). An der Peiner Strasse fahren Straßenbahnen ca. alle 3 bis 4 Minuten in Richtung Innenstadt.
